16 years old and looking a little more grown-up!
If you've visited us recently, you might have noticed that things are looking rather different at Razzle Dazzle Pots!
After 16 wonderful years in Mapperley, Nottingham, we decided it was time for a bit of a makeover. Not just a fresh coat of paint, but a whole new look that reflects how much our little pottery painting studio has grown and changed since we first opened our doors in 2010.
And what a transformation it's been!

Let's start with the outside, because this has been a long time coming!
Anyone who has visited us over the years will know that the area outside the studio was definitely overdue for some attention. The old, tired surface has finally gone, replaced with a lovely combination of natural stone and resin.
It's made such a difference! Everything looks brighter, smarter and much more welcoming. It's one of those improvements we've wanted to make for years, and we're so pleased to finally see it finished.
We've also got beautiful new signage, giving the studio a fresh new identity while still keeping that little bit of Razzle Dazzle personality that makes us who we are.

Probably the biggest change of all is our new logo and colour scheme.
Our original branding has served us well, but after 16 years we felt it was time for something a little more sophisticated.
When Razzle Dazzle Pots first opened in 2010, pottery painting was very much seen as an activity for young children and families. And while we still absolutely love welcoming our younger painters, things have changed enormously over the years.
These days, our tables are just as likely to be filled with friends catching up over iced matchas, couples enjoying a creative date, or groups of adults spending a relaxing afternoon painting pottery.
We've grown up, and we wanted our branding to grow up with us.
Our new colours and logo feel fresher, softer and more contemporary, but they're still unmistakably Razzle Dazzle.
After all, we're 16 now — practically grown-ups!

This year has brought some personal changes too.
In April, Nichola retired after 16 years of running Razzle Dazzle Pots together. Having started the business back in 2010, we've shared an incredible journey, watched the studio grow and welcomed thousands of customers through our doors.
Nichola's retirement marked the end of one chapter and the beginning of another, making this feel like just the right time to give the studio a fresh new look.
Although plenty has changed, the heart of Razzle Dazzle remains exactly the same.
It's still about taking time out, getting creative, enjoying good company and making something that's completely your own.

While the outside has had its transformation, we've been just as busy indoors!
In fact, every space in the studio has been redecorated and refreshed. We've introduced beautiful new colours, updated our painting areas and given the whole place a much-needed makeover.
There are new-look tables, lovely new paint stations and lots of little details that we're really excited to share.
But there's far too much to squeeze into one blog post, so we'll be giving you a proper tour of the inside in our next update.
Whether you've been painting with us since 2010 or have yet to discover Razzle Dazzle Pots, we'd love you to pop in and see the changes for yourself.
We might look a little different, but you'll still find the same warm welcome, plenty of pottery to choose from and, of course, a good coffee or matcha to enjoy while you paint.
Here's to 16 years of Razzle Dazzle Pots, a fabulous new look and lots more creative years ahead!
